The first Carousel ride did it! I've been crazy about them ever since..combine that with my fascination and love for horses, and that pesky frustrated artist side, and you have Magic Stables. I've discovered that my horses bring a lot of happiness to a lot of people, and I get enormous joy from that., so here we are- I take a lot of pride in my carousel horses, and love each and every one of them..I do all the designs and my elves and I do the handcrafting, and they don't ship them until I'm happy with them. I hope they will give their new owners as much pleasure to own as they have given me to create. I don't have a lot of policies, and try to make your horse as close to your instructions as possible, (Due to differences between computer monitors and video cards, the colors you see on this website may not match precisely those of the fabrics and finishes as they actually exist.) No two horses are ever identical, the second horse you order may not be exactly like the first one due to differences in yarn dye lots and fabrics. I pack them carefully and insure them so no worry's there.(You might also notice (although very few people ever do) that my horses have no eyes and no ears (see or hear no evil) I discovered that eyes make them look like big stuffed teddy bears--wrong, just wrong! If you really can't live without either eyes or ears, I'll put them on, however. )

I don't keep horses in stock... every horse, including horses pictured, is started with YOUR order, and I spend countless hours on each one. making them uniquely for you.

If you decide to cancel your order for some reason, it MUST be done within 24 hours of order, since I have usually begin work on your custom horse. This applies to ALL orders, including horses on sale. I will refund your money if you cancel your pre-paid order within the 24 hours. Refunds for canceled orders take between 5 to 10 days.Sometimes problems come from the customer not reading the spefications and dimensions, and thinking they are larger, or smaller, or hard-bodied, or sturdy enough to sit on, etc. , so Please read Dimensions and Specifications before ordering.

I don't offer refunds. These are custom-made Carousel Horses. As with anything handcrafted, there may be a a tiny satin snag, or a glue string,(or an interesting seam) in the ponies--NOT flaws--but the things that make them unique..treasure them! Perfection comes with made-by-the-millions products. Your horse is special, made with love, and always individual.. I do not send flawed horses--ever! Please read Dimensions and Specifications before ordering. I will work with you to design your horse. After the design is agreed upon, I will require full payment. I don't start the horses until they have been ordered and paid in full. All sales are final, If there is something, a color,flowers, etc, you dislike, return it, and I'll do my best to make you love it!

To improve my efficiency, please have your questions about in-stock and custom ordered items ready when you phone or email. I am happy to answer your questions about the carousel horses I create and sell.

All sales are final, whether the item is in stock or a custom order. Please ask all questions before purchase - this includes questions about sizing, color, material, etc. I will post a picture of your pony before it is shipped for you to approve.

American Express, Discover, Visa, and Master Card payments are accepted through Paypal, a secure online payment gateway.

I will also accept your personal check (US only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Payments made with Money Orders or Credit Cards will be shipped as soon as possible. Payments made by check will be sent as soon as the funds are verified, approximately 1 week.

These are totally handcrafted horses, and as with all handcrated items, there may be a glue sting or an odd seam--treasure them, they are what separates a handcrafted item from Walmart!

If horse is damaged in shipping, it is insured. If it's been damaged in shipping, Don't discard the box or packing material-- you'll need it to show the post office. Insurance won't be honored without it, and money can't be refunded by the post office or other carrier.

I'm the photographer and I do the best I can. The horses are always prettier in real life than the pictures I take of them! People always ask me if I have any better pictures to show them--I'm, thinkin' that if I did, I'd probably have used them!
