I will work closely with you to design your horses.  After your basic design idea is submitted, (you can change designs, colors, etc, for a time after the order is placed, so don't worry if you think of things you'd like to see or change later) I require full payment and all sales are final.  I have a strict no refund policy  because I  immediately begin preliminary and hands -on work on your custom horses and purchase  materials needed exclusively for your special order. This applies to ALL orders, including horses on sale. It also applies to horses purchased with the in-house payment plan. Centerpieces ordered months in advance will have had many, many hours of work done on them, and all materials for your order will have been purchased exclusively for your custom order, and designs worked on.   This is an important purchase for the times of your life, if you are planning on ordering a centerpiece  herd, I encourage you to order a sample first.  I want my clients to know how much they'll love the horses!  Occassional problems may come from the customer not reading the specfications and dimensions, and thinking they are larger, or smaller, or hard-bodied, or sturdy enough to sit on, etc. so please read  DIMENSIONS AND SPECS  before ordering.   Submitting your payment certifies that you have read and understood these policies.  If you have any  questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me anytime.  
If horse(s) are damaged in shipping, they are fully insured, but don't discard the box or packing material-- you'll need it to show the carrier.  insurance won't be honored without it, and money can't be refunded To save you a ton of money,orders are shipped usps ground (6 days) unless you wish to ship priority (3 days) email me if you want to change. If you call me to discuss details (you will have leeway to make some changes or tweeks after order is placed.  If you call me regarding a custom order, I will ALSO need an email from you with the same information to add to your file so that I may refer back to it during the patterning and construction process. Please ask questions before purchase - this includes questions about sizing, color, material, etc.  I will post a picture of your pony before it is shipped for you to approve. As with anything handcrafted, there may be a a tiny satin snag, or a glue string,(or an interesting seam) in the ponies--NOT flaws--but the things that make them unique.--.treasure them! Perfection comes with made-by-the-millions products. Your horse is special, made with love, and always individual.. We do not send flawed horses--ever. PayPal is the safe, secure method I use for you to pay for your order, It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. You can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. I will also accept Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Orders with payments made by check will be started as  soon as the funds are verified, approximately 1 week.
